Born in 1975 in Albacete (Spain), he studied telecommunication engineering. He has always had a keen interest in nature, starting to photograph during a study trip in 1998. He learnt the fundamentals of outdoor photography in different works by John Shaw and, above all, in the books by Galen Rowell.

He focuses his work mainly in landscapes, flora or the rural environment, but he is also very interested in the purely graphic photography, based on forms, lines and colours in nature. In the search of a personal style, he always tries to compose his images in an intuitive way, avoiding existing and rigid rules.

Nowadays, he combines his professional resposibilities with his activities as a nature photographer. He has collaborated on different magazines in Spain and has won some prizes in recognized photographic competitions.
